I opened my first place in Ann Arbor, switched locations to Birmingham until 2008 and then movd to Gross Pointe in 2009. The store is amazing with flare with well made parisian and manhattan quality. I have always made everything onsite; all the batters, doughs, fillings, and the components are made by scratch.  Delicious flavors with high end techniques to produce simple pleasures is my specialty. I am always baking from 2 am until well into the evenings. I have always just depend on word of mouth, but I have entered the social media age to spread the word. I always allowed flexibility to what the community is asking for and my own creativity.

I strive to use only the finest ingredients never skipping on quality. All the product are made 100% onsite, made exclusively from scratch and contain no trans fats. The great flavors and tastes will keep you coming back for more.
